Job Title: Business Development & Marketing Coordinator

Department: Marketing

Job Summary: Quantum-h is in growth mode, and we are looking for a talented Business Development and Marketing Coordinator to play a pivotal role in expanding our client base and market presence. You will be responsible for supporting the business development process, building client relationships, and supporting the sales and marketing process with lead generation tactics. Working closely with senior marketing, technology and client team leads, this role requires good relationship skills, effective communication, and a strong ethos of getting things done.

Key Responsibilities:

Business & Marketing Development

  • Provides direct support to business development and client teams by preparing presentations and creating marketing materials for new business pitches.
  • Coordinates omni-channel marketing activities such as website management, social media, email marketing, SEM, case studies and events.
  • Manages monthly reporting cadence across digital channels & KPI’s.
  • Conducts competitive, market and industry analysis in line with business and client needs.

Lead Generation

  • Coordinates a pipeline of leads including outreach, follow up and re-engagement.
  • Utilizes various digital and static channels including conferences, marketing events, digital communities, and networking to generate a consistent flow of qualified leads.
  • Manages database of potential clients and facilitates next steps in the sales process.
  • Fosters strategic relationships with industry partners and leaders ensuring that the agency is part of speaking opportunities, partnerships, interviews, and general collaboration.

Account Management & Administrative

  • Responsible for coordinating client meetings and ongoing engagement when necessary.
  • Facilitates onboarding new clients ensuring accounts are set up correctly, providing trainings and materials on how to use new technologies.
  • Maintains conference calendar of relevant events and ensures teams are aware of speaking opportunities or sponsorships.

You are a strong and engaging communicator and confident interfacing across all levels of the business.

Skills and experience:

  • College degree and relevant work experience for 2-3 years in sales, marketing, or tech role.
  • Good knowledge of PPT or Keynote and not afraid of presenting in front of people.
  • Strong communication, organization, and proactive skills.
  • Highly detailed and ability to multi-task, prioritize and work in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Enjoys innovation and is on the cusp of the latest trends / marketing campaigns in the industry.
