Job Title: Sales & Marketing Account Coordinator

Job Summary: Quantum-h is in growth mode, and we are looking for a talented Sales & Marketing Account Coordinator to play a pivotal role is shaping the future. You will be responsible for supporting the lead generation process, building client relationships, and supporting the sales team in closing deals. Working closely with the marketing, technology and sales team, this role requires good relationship skills, effective communication, and a strong ethos of getting things done.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Support

  • Provides direct support to sales team by preparing presentations and creating sales materials that align with marketing messages.
  • Conducts competitive, market and industry analysis in line with new business and existing client needs.
  • Assists in the creation and execution of creative assets and content between the sales and marketing teams.

Account Management

  • Responsible for managing client projects from implementation through to completion with the support of the marketing and technology teams.
  • Oversees onboarding process for new clients ensuring accounts are set up correctly, providing trainings and materials on how to use the technology.
  • Regularly communicates with clients via email, phone, and meetings to understand client needs and satisfaction.

Lead Generation

  • Coordinates a pipeline of leads including outreach, follow up and re-engagement.
  • Utilizes various channels including conferences, marketing events, accessing digital communities and networking to generate a consistent flow of qualified leads.
  • Manages database of potential clients and facilitates next steps in the sales process.
  • Collaborates with marketing team to create campaigns that attract and convert leads.

You are resourceful in getting things done, have strong writing skills and digital acumen. You are a strong communicator, work well in agile environments and are confident interfacing across various roles.

Skills and experience:

  • College degree and relevant work experience for 2-3 years in sales, marketing, or tech role.
  • Good knowledge of PPT or Keynote and not afraid of presenting in front of people.
  • Strong communication, organization, and proactive skills.
  • Highly detailed and ability to multi-task, prioritize and work in a deadline-driven environment.
